Due to our same-day fulfillment policy, orders enter processing immediately. Contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at support@hydlabs.com and we will do our best to accommodate changes before shipment.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends ship the next business day. Tracking is provided via email upon dispatch.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS. Expedited options (overnight, 2-day) are available at checkout. All shipments are packaged with insulated, temperature-controlled materials to preserve compound integrity.

All orders ship in plain, unbranded outer packaging. No product names or company branding appear on the exterior. The return address is listed as MMC Group LLC.

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at -20°C when not in use. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, store refrigerated at 2–8°C and use within 28–30 days. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles and light exposure.

Reconstitution ratios vary by compound and desired concentration. We recommend consulting published research protocols specific to each peptide. HYD Labs bacteriostatic water is available separately and is formulated for research-grade reconstitution.

Every batch is independently tested using:

• High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) for purity ≥ 99%
• Mass Spectrometry (MS) for molecular identity confirmation
• Endotoxin testing to ensure sterility standards

Testing is conducted by accredited third-party laboratories, not in-house.

Certificates of Analysis are available on our COAs page, searchable by batch number. Your batch number is printed on the vial label. You can also request a COA directly by emailing support@hydlabs.com with your order number.

Every new production batch receives independent testing before release. We do not sell compounds from untested batches. Batch-to-batch COAs are retained and available on request for any historical order.

Photograph the damaged item and packaging immediately upon receipt and email support@hydlabs.com within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or store credit at no cost to you.

Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. Unopened items in original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit. Contact us before shipping any item back.

Check with neighbors and building management first, as carriers sometimes mis-scan. If not located within 24 hours, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation. Lost packages confirmed by the carrier are replaced or refunded in full.
